natrus is a business and people’s project which joins the know-how and experience of two companies settled in La Garrotxa: the country house Mas La Carrera, in La Vall d’en Bas, and Noel Alimentaria, in Olot.
Its mission is to produce and market hamburgers and other high value-added meat products which respond to naturalness, land, R&D, social responsibility and, in short, work well done. And with a clear philosophy: to achieve that its products enjoy, at the same time, the organoleptic and original properties linked to a good traditional production and the ability of manufacturing and handing round and the sanitary reliability of the modern food industry.
And this has been done escaping clichés: truly making an analytical comparison, in parallel, of the two systems of production -traditional and industrial- when dealing with a good meat product, and getting inspired by only the main strengths in each of them. Therefore, natrus is not only innovative about the product, but also about the business relationship, breaking prejudice for good around the fact that the small and the big cannot work together adding up value.
