Our mixed hamburger is made only with high quality veals from Mas La Carrera of La Vall d’en Bas (Garrotxa), pioneers in the Spanish State in breeding the prestigious Angus pedigree race, and duroc pork certified by Noel Alimentària. Joined together they are so nice dancing partners. Its thickly minced texture, following the french steak haché style, certainly provides an exceptional tenderness to it, specially if it is previously tempered and you just cook it rare or medium. And, faithful to natrus philosofy, it’s obviously a 100% natural product, what means it does not contain any chemical additive, neither any kind of allergen or water content.
